MARKET UPDATE

The winter market is typically calmer, and December is no exception. We are seeing stable interest rates, which are offering buyers more confidence, while increased inventory means less frantic competition. This is a time for serious, motivated players. If you want to make a move without the spring rush, now is the perfect window for strategic buying or selling.

MY BUSINESS 

Going into the new year, a big goal of mine is to start a monthly market featuring a range of local vendors, from unique fashion and music to art and everything in between. If this sounds like something you would like to be part of, please feel free to reach out to me!

This past month, my focus has been on strengthening my roots in my community. I believe a great real estate agent is a great community partner. I've been dedicated to building my business, which I believe is about building genuine relationships with all of you!

PERSONAL UPDATE

Speaking of relationships, Spotify Wrapped came out today! My biggest accomplishment this month was figuring out that if I listened to my own music production non-stop, I'd at least make the top 1% of my own listeners. Look out, world.

Jokes aside, music production has been my favorite creative outlet recently. It keeps my energy high and allows me to express myself creatively. What’s something creative you’ve been working on recently or want to get better at next year?
