Happy New Year! I hope you’re feeling as refreshed and energized as I am heading into 2026. There is something about a fresh start that makes everything feel possible again.

We are entering the year with a much more balanced market. Mortgage rates have stabilized in the low 6% range, and with inventory rising, buyers finally have more room to breathe. For sellers, price stability remains strong, making this a great time for everyone involved.
